A large North American manufacturer of in-home elevators needed a creative design for the hydraulic package for its new generation of compact elevators. The hydraulic package also had to be incredibly quiet because it would be located in the elevator shaft‚ not in a separate machine room.

Colfax quickly provided an innovative‚ cost-effective solution—sourcing all components—that compressed the pump and hydraulics into a low-decibel package that easily fit into hardware’s envelope.
