Clay H. Kiefaber
President and Chief Executive Officer
Clay H. Kiefaber is the President‚ Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Colfax Corporation. Mr. Kiefaber has served on the Colfax Board of Directors since the Company's IPO in 2008. Before joining Colfax as President and CEO in 2010‚ he spent nearly 20 years in increasingly senior executive positions at Masco Corporation. Most recently‚ he was a Group President‚ where he was responsible for a $2.8 billion group of architectural coatings‚ windows‚ and spa business units. Prior to becoming a Group President at Masco‚ Mr. Kiefaber was Group Vice President of Masco Builder Cabinet Group. He previously spent 14 years in increasingly senior positions in Masco’s Merillat Industries subsidiary. Mr. Kiefaber holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and a B.A. degree from Miami University.

G. Scott Faison
Senior Vice President‚ Finance and Chief Financial Officer
G. Scott Faison became the Senior Vice President‚ Finance and Chief Financial Officer in January of 2005. He has served as Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer since joining Colfax in November 1997. Prior to that time‚ Mr. Faison was the Chief Financial Officer for Bullets Corporation of America from October 1996 to November 1997. From 1987 to 1996‚ Mr. Faison worked at AMF Industries in a number of senior management positions including Corporate Controller; Controller‚ AMF-UK; and Controller‚ Consumer Products Division. He has a BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
William E. Roller
Executive Vice President‚ Colfax Americas
William E. Roller joined Colfax as General Manager‚ Imo Pump in 1999. In 2004 Mr. Roller increased his responsibility as the General Manager of Zenith Pump through an acquisition of that business. He was promoted to his current position in 2010. He joined Colfax Corporation from Precision Auto Care‚ Inc. where he was Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Distribution for 2 years. From 1991 until 1997‚ Mr. Roller worked for AMF Industries in several increasingly responsible manufacturing roles. Previous to AMF‚ he spent 4 years with FMC Corporation in various manufacturing roles. Mr. Roller is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University‚ with a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School.
Arne Forslund
Senior Vice President‚ Europe‚ Middle East‚ Africa and Asia
Arne Forslund joined Colfax in 2009 as Managing Director of Imo AB in Sweden. He was promoted to his current position in 2010. Prior to joining Colfax‚ Mr. Forslund was President and CEO of NOTE AB‚ a publicly traded provider of electronics manufacturing services based in Sweden with operations in Europe and China. Prior to joining NOTE in 2005‚ he was Operations Director Europe for Teleflex Morse. From 2000 to 2003‚ Mr. Forslund served in several increasingly senior positions for Danaher Corporation including Global Manufacturing Strategy Manager for Danaher Motion and President of Danaher Motion Special Purpose Systems in Sweden.
Dave McKinstry
Vice President‚ Business Development and Special Projects
Dave McKinstry joined Colfax Corporation in 1998 when Colfax acquired Imo Pump. Prior to that‚ he held sales and management positions with Imo Industries‚ Corken Pump‚ Pumptron and Allis Chalmers Corporation. He has been active in the US Hydraulic Institute for over half of his career in the pump industry‚ chairing numerous committees. He currently is Chairman of ISO TC 115 SC3 covering standards for pump applications and Vice-Chairman of the US Technical Advisory to TC115 for pumps. He is a board member of Pump Systems Matters and the Hydraulic Institute where he serves as the Vice President of Technical Affairs. In 2002 he was recognized as the Hydraulic Institute "Member of the Year". In 2009‚ he was awarded a "Lifetime Achievement Award"‚ the Institute's highest honor‚ in recognition for his more than 50 years of service to the pump industry. Additionally‚ he is a graduate Electrical Power Engineer from the University of Missouri‚ Rolla and a licensed professional Engineer.
Joseph B. Niemann
Senior Vice President‚ Marketing & Strategic Planning
Joseph B. Niemann joined Colfax Corporation in 2006 as the corporate Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning. Prior to Colfax‚ Mr. Niemann was Vice President‚ Marketing & eBusiness of Emerson Climate Technologies‚ a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Company‚ where he was employed from 1990 to 2005. Mr. Niemann held several key Marketing positions with Emerson during his 15 years with the Company. Previous to Emerson Electric Company‚ Mr. Niemann spent several years with the Lincoln Electrical Company as a Technical Sales Representative. He received a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Thomas M. O'Brien
Senior Vice President‚ General Counsel and Secretary
Thomas M. O'Brien has served as our Senior Vice President‚ General Counsel and Secretary since January 1998. Mr. O'Brien has been Assistant General Counsel at Imo since 1995. He has been a member of the legal department at Imo since 1985. Mr. O'Brien had previous experience at Hanson Industries Inc. and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Mr. O’Brien has a BA from Southampton College‚ a MA from Rutgers University and a JD from St John’s University‚ School of Law.
Mitzi S. Reynolds
Vice President‚ Investor Relations
Mitzi S. Reynolds joined Colfax in 2008 as Vice President of Investor Relations. She previously served as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Tredegar Corporation where she was employed for 6 years. Prior to that‚ she spent 14 years at Wachovia Bank (previously Central Fidelity National Bank) in increasingly responsible roles in commercial banking. She received a BBA from the College of William and Mary and an MS in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Steven W. Weidenmuller
Senior Vice President‚ Human Resources
Steven W. Weidenmuller joined Colfax Corporation in 2002 as the corporate Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Colfax‚ Mr. Weidenmuller was Vice President of Human Resources of Tropicana International‚ a subsidiary of PepsiCo‚ Inc.‚ the leading producer of juice in the world where he was employed from 1997 to 2002. Previous to Tropicana‚ Mr. Weidenmuller spent 9 years at US Airways‚ Inc. in increasingly responsible human resource roles. Further‚ he spent several years at First Virginia Bank‚ Inc. within the Trust Department. Mr. Weidenmuller received a BA in Finance from James Madison University.
