Testing

The recent facilities expansion adds a 6‚000-square foot laboratory‚ with the largest lubricant test stand in the East‚ for improved high-tech pump testing‚ including vibration‚ noise‚ electronics and cleanliness‚ as well as full-unit testing. The expansion also increases the lay-down area and lifting capacity to permit full-string testing of large industrial equipment‚ such as electric motors‚ engines‚ turbines and supporting auxiliary systems.

The testing lab will be fully instrumented and interfaced with a local data acquisition system for high-speed data collection and analysis during FAT. Colfax also adds a new capability to structure customized testing programs based on customer requirements.
